Normally, I will inform you of the expected delivery timeline depending on the complexity of the commission. But if you need the final product within 2 weeks of payment & I am able to fit it into my schedule, you can apply a rush delivery fee.

Commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon through a commercial/license contract between the artist and commissioner. A commercial/license contract allows you to develop the commission into merchandise and other promotional material.

Terms of Service

BASIC

1) I, Yeppenny Doodles, retain full rights to my work, including commissioned work.

2) All digital item sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you have the funds before you make your purchase.

3) The final product will be in my style. I may ask what sort of style/vibe you resonate with, but do not request or expect a final product in another artist’s style.

4) Subjects I do not feel comfortable accepting: NSFW/smut, dark/gore, copyrighted characters (i.e. from a franchise).

5) Active patrons on my Patreon receive automatic priority.

PROCESS

1) REQUEST STAGE

  • You, the commissioner, submits a request using the Commission Request Form.

  • You provide context and reference photos for your request.

  • I do not create customized typography, so if your commission requires text, you must inform me of your desired font. I am not responsible for any copyright infringement claims upon the font you request.

  • Based on the complexity of the request and my schedule, I provide an expected timeline/delivery date.

  • 100% of the payment must be made upfront before I begin your commission. I accept payments through Venmo or Paypal. The Paypal option requires an additional $2 because of Paypal’s transfer fees.

2) PROCESS STAGE

  • If and when relevant, I may contact you for more info, references, and to share progress pics.

  • You can expect for me to send at least 1 rough sketch for your review. During this Process Stage, you may request changes. After I send the final deliverable, I will not take change requests.

3) DELIVERY

  • The final commissions will be delivered as a digital png or jpg file — you are not receiving a physical item.

  • In general, please allow for at least 30 days from the date of your full payment for the final commission delivery. I will communicate with you if there are any unforeseen delays, including power outages, bad health, etc. If you need a commission within a short time frame, you will need to pay a rush fee.

USAGE

1) You must give proper & full credit with a linkable @tag in your bio/description if you share the commission on social media or use it as a social media icon. An example of proper & full credit:

If I am unable to be @tagged, a link to my socials is expected.

2) Commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon through a commercial/license contract. Otherwise, the commissioned piece cannot be copied, edited, filtered, traced, resold, or reproduced. This also means you cannot have another artist modify the commissioned piece.

3) Commercial/license contracts will only be valid once full payment is received, therefore forming a contract between the client and artist. This allows you to develop the commission into merchandise (clothing and apparel, stationery, prints, stickers, digital downloads) and other promotional material.

4) Commissions cannot ever, under any circumstance, be adapted into NFTs, or be used to train AI/ML models. In the event of an infraction, you can expect our legal partners to reach out to you with a cease and desist.

OTHER

1) I hold the right to feature any and all commissions on my website and social media. If you would like to request that I do not feature your commission on my platforms, this will incur a privacy fee. Even with this fee, you must still give proper credit to my work on your platforms.

2) I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I'm not in a position to complete it or for any other reason. I will do my best, but please do not take this personally, as life happens.
